Cancellation & Change Policies

All flight tickets, hotel bookings, and travel services booked through Farefusion House Pvt Ltd (IATA Registered) via farefusionhouse.com are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of the respective airline or travel supplier. Airline restrictions and supplier terms will apply to all refund and future credit requests.

Most airline tickets, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and service fees become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking unless otherwise specified by the airline’s fare rules. Farefusion House Pvt Ltd service fees and post-ticketing charges are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.

Refund requests will only be considered if:

• A cancellation request has been formally submitted to us.
• The airline or supplier fare rules permit refunds.
• The passenger is not marked as a “No Show”.
• The airline or supplier approves the refund or grants a waiver.

Once we receive your request, we will coordinate with the airline or supplier to process the cancellation as per their policies. The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with the airline or service provider. Refund timelines vary and may take up to 30–60 business days to reflect in your original mode of payment after supplier approval.

In most cases, airlines and suppliers impose cancellation or refund penalties. These penalties are separate from and in addition to our non-refundable service fees. All refund fees are assessed per passenger and per ticket.

Government-imposed taxes and levies are subject to change and may not be refundable depending on airline policy. The final payable or refundable amount will always be communicated before processing.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to farefusionhouse@gmail.com or by contacting our support team at 800-100-0060. After ticket issuance, all changes and cancellations are strictly governed by the airline’s fare rules. Non-refundable and non-changeable tickets may not qualify for any refund. No exceptions apply beyond airline-approved waivers.
